Sting's "My Funny Friend and Me" In the 2000's Ocars Performance

Found a recorded segment of the 2000's Oscars with Sting's live performance of the winning song "My Funny Friend and Me" and thought it was super interesting, since it has some vocal intonation changes and the two main instruments are mostly the violin and the piano, so I decided to post it here, since I'm sure a lot of people haven't been able to seen it yet.

The Deleted Yzma Statue

Recently, I came across the original theatrical trailer for the movie and I noticed some changes in the visuals and even in certain voice lines, but the only major difference that i found interesting enough to post here, it's this Yzma Statue. It only appears for a brief moment but it's such a great clip. I'm sad it's not in the movie, because not only has a glamorous amount of detail, but also, it really shows Yzma's extravagant attitude and exaggeration. I noticed upon watching the documentary "The Sweatbox", that this exact scene also appears for no more than a couple of seconds. Interesting enough Kuzco also has a Statue that only appears on the Scene selection of the DVD. (Also, since we are talking about the trailer, I just want to point out that i found it funny how they used the song "let's Groove" by the band "Earth, Wind and Fire" that later would be used for the movie "Kronk's new groove"....

The Artists Behind the Groove | An Upcoming Collection of Posts

Hey guys, today I'm going to introduce a little collection of posts called, "The Artists Behind the Groove". But what it is "The Artists Behind the Groove?" Well it's, as said above, a collection of posts that I'm going to publish with the intention of collecting and showing, in a respectful way, the work of several artists that worked on the "Kingdom of/in the Sun" and "The Emperor's New Groove" and that decided to post some of their work online. The Differences between "Kronk's new Groove" and "The Emperor's new School" and How it Affects the Story-Line

The "Emperor's new Groove" story-line its something really complicated, and you might be asking yourself,  "How is it complicated? There is clearly a second movie and a show" but, that's exacly the problem, you see, the three of them fail to connect in a continuous line, imagine having 3 pieces of a puzzle...let's call them: A, B and C, both B and C can connect with A, but, it's impossible to connect, B and C at the same time, meaning that you can only have one connection with A at a time. This is exacly how this story-line works, which can complicate things up since we now have to decide which piece  is more suitable to be connected with A.
